Empowered Measurement for Leading Education Network
The Challenge
PiXL came to MRS with the need to better understand customer acquisition on their lead-generation website, and the usage of the resources available to subscribed members, ensuring that their dedicated member’s area adhered to the needs of users, helping encourage renewals.
The Solution
Collaborating closely with PiXL’s marketing team, we were able to understand and implement a lead-generation tracking configuration and adapt it further as PiXL’s needs evolved. Alongside building on a newly set-up GA4 property, we created a second GA4 property and Google Tag Manager container specific for the member’s area, so that users interactions can be measured. This provided PiXL with a stronger understanding of how users of their product are acquired but how they use the product to encourage a higher lifetime value with future renewals.
In addition to the GA4 set up and configuration, MRS also equipped PiXL with in-person, bespoke GA4 training and developed a Google Looker Studio dashboard, helping PiXL make effective use of GA4 and visualise their data in an accessible way for non-Google Analytics users.

The Results
Thanks to greater digital insight, empowering their strategy and marketing efforts, PiXL understand the marketing channels that contribute to acquiring users and understand how their customers use their product to provide valuable resources to assist their customers in their job role. This is a step towards PiXL’s aim to serve school leaders and improve the life chances of more young people in education.
