Empowering small in-house team to use data to expand offering & grow
The Challenge
Wasing Estate is a country estate that is known for being a popular wedding venue Wasing Park. The Wasing Estate marketing team had been tasked with ambitious growth plans which would expand their current offering. The team needed to successfully execute their growth plans within their small, in-house marketing team and were looking at data to help unlock efficiencies and opportunities.
The Solution
Through a 30-point health check to understand Wasing Estate’s GA4 data collection, measurement, interface configurations and integrations, MRS identified fundamental issues as well as providing recommendations on how to fix data accuracy issues raised.
A bespoke Looker Studio dashboard provided a simple method to assess website performance across all digital marketing channels to gain actionable insights. This enabled the team to quickly analyse performance whilst having an automated reporting which updates on a monthly basis to share with key internal stakeholders saving hours of reporting time each month; time utilised in achieving their growth plans.
As part of the Wasing Estate Insights project, we created tailored training on the Google platforms the team would be using, this included Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console and Google Looker Studio. They were able to ask questions and provide specific scenarios where they have been challenged when using Google’s suite which we troubleshooted together.

The Results
Wasing Estate’s marketing team have been able to launch their new concert venue hosting well known artists that have had global success such as Crowded House, Paolo Nutini, Nick Mulvey, Jungle and Underworld.
The team felt empowered to use Google-suite to help with the launch of this new offering at the Estate.
