Seven Awards Won Across the UK and Europe in 2023

Seven Awards Won Across the UK and Europe in 2023

2023 was grand slam year for us, particularly with industry-specific awards. We won a grand total of seven awards across three industry-leading awards ceremonies. Winning awards for MRS isn’t just about the trophies we get to display in our awards cabinet. Instead, these awards mean we get to celebrate the relentless hard work that our team put in day in, and day out. With a team of 35 and always growing, we know we’ve collected the best of the best when it comes to digital marketing, from PPC pros to SEO superheroes.

So, what did we win?

UK Search Awards 2023

The UK Search Awards are the most prestigious awards for SEO that you can get. We were shortlisted for six out of six entries and won an incredible three awards. A 50% conversion rate is pretty good right?

We took home the win for our work with Keith Michaels, a specialist car insurance provider, in the following categories:

Best Use of Search – Automotive: Large

Best Use of Search – Finance (SEO): Large

Our SEO work with Keith Michaels has spanned over nine years, and our relationship even further than that. We built their first website over 18 years ago, and they’ve been a client ever since. It’s a real honour to win an award for work we’ve done with such a fantastic loyal client, and to be able to share this accolade with them is a real pleasure.

We also won the award for:

Best Use of Search – B2B (SEO): Large

Our work with Staffology smashed all expectations and turned Staffology into IRIS’s flagship payroll product. With a relatively small budget compared to other payroll software products, we took on the best in the industry and came out on top.

European Agency Awards

At the European Agency Awards, we took home not one, not two BUT THREE awards. To win not just across the UK agencies but European agencies as well is such an achievement and something we’re immensely proud of. Watch our world, here we come.

Retaining our title as Integrated Search Agency of the Year for the second year running was a huge success. Winning two years in a row for such a highly competitive European award is such a bonus for our team and a testament to our commitment to delivering excellence to our clients.

We also won Best SEO campaign for our work with Staffology, cementing that the work we did was above and beyond what we said we would carry out.

Finally, we took home the silver in the Independent Agency of the Year award with the judges saying, “We thought this agency went beyond mere figures and effectively brought the business’ vision to life.”

UK Agency Awards

We attended the UK Agency Awards this year, and we were so chuffed to start the year off with a win for Campaign Effectiveness for our work with Staffology Payroll.

This year, we took a group of 10 of us to celebrate the work that the carry out. It was such an honour to be able to bring along some of the wider team and getting to celebrate with some of the team who wrote the content, created the strategies and optimised the pages, was a real treat to be able to do.
